I didnt agree with most of the speed settings, so i cranked it up. It works for me, seam looks ok, stringing ist also OK for TPU. If you want to crank the speed up more, rise max volumetric speed from 6 to until you get underextrusion or bad layeradhesion. I didnt look into supports, will do this later. Overhangs perform really bad with TPU, so maybe you have to test some more.
